The publisher regrets the incorrect spelling of the second author's surname and errors in the affiliations of authors for the above article. The second author's surname is “Arweiler” not “Artweiler” and Drs Netuschil, Brecx, Reich and Sculean are at Homburg, not Hamburg as given in the May issue of the Journal.
